דירה מתוקה משופצת ומעוצבת בטוב טעם עם תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים, נקייה מאד, מצויידת ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. במרחק הליכה של כמה דקות לסמטאות העיר העתיקה ולטיילת ליד הים, עם שפע מסעדות וחנויות. חניה צמודה לדירה, פאטיו מקסים.. ומעל הכל הלן, בעלת המקום המקסימה,שקיבלה אותנו בחום ובלבביות התעניינה ושאלה לאורך כל השהות.ונתנה לנו תחושה של בית מאד ממליצים על המקום. נשמח להתארח שם שוב אם נגיע לפרבזה.
A lovely, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated apartment, with attention to every little detail. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.
The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the charming streets of the old town and the seaside promenade, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There is convenient private parking right next to the apartment, as well as a lovely patio.
Above all, there is Helen, the wonderful host, who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. She was thoughtful and caring throughout our stay, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this place and would be very happy to stay here again if we return to Preveza.

Avli House is in a great location. The facilities and cleanliness are top-notch—everything still feels brand new! The beds are comfortable, and the outdoor area is spacious and relaxing. The host is very helpful and will make your stay as best as possible. I’d recommend this property to anyone, whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip for two. We will definitely be back!

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a gem. It was in a great location. Walking distance to the harbour, shops, restaurants and local beach. The property had its own parking space and the host, Eleni was exceptional. A very lovely lady. The property had a beautiful backyard garden with outdoor furniture and also an outdoor shower and washing machine. Definitely a 10/10.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I would highly recommend it
