Stone-built Villa Nesseris 80 m2

Everything was top class. The host was there to give us the keys, but he also had a lock-box and family nearby just in case. He welcomed us and sent us away with treats. I had a personal incident, and he went above and beyond to make it easy for me to change the dates. He had such good quality A/C and fans that I copied the model number to buy them for myself! Everything was so clean and comfortable that I was starting each day of my vacations well rested. The outside space was great, and generally the photos do justice to the villa: it is that good! Definitely in the top 3 places I have ever stayed and one of the top 3 hosts as well. Excellent value for money.

Minor thing, and it is out of the host's control, but it is good to be aware: when getting there or ordering take-away or other deliveries, make sure to use the villa's name in Google, not the address. Due to the city council's address mismanagement, you may end up in the back alley, which has no entrance. By name, it is easy to find it anyway; just be aware to let people know for deliveries. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Zentrale Lage, moderne Wohnung, sehr gute Klimatisierung. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Geschirr und Töpfe waren gerade ausreichend, könnten aber etwas mehr sein. Betten extrem Hart. Dafür aber absolut nicht durchgelegen.

The host is a very gracious and helpful person, who made excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations. The place was well-equipped, had charming character and was very comfortable, with spacious lovely bedrooms and lounge area. We can't say enough about the location and its proximity to the waterfront and centre, and recommend it unreservedly. Many thanks.
