The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bari's Old Town. The apartment is set in one of the historic buildings that make this area so special, offering an authentic experience and a real sense of the city's character. I was particularly impressed by how clean the apartment was. Although it is on the smaller side—which is completely understandable given the age of the buildings and the typical layout of apartments in the historic center—the space is very well designed and efficiently used. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting to experience the charm of Bari Vecchia.

There was a small misunderstanding with the host at the beginning of our stay, and my first impression was that he seemed a little impatient. However, once we clarified everything, the rest of our stay went very smoothly. The apartment was well equipped, and the towels and bed linens were clean and of good quality. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide the same type of bed sheets for the sofa bed as those used in the bedroom, as they would make the sleeping experience even more comfortable. Reaching the apartment can be a bit challenging because there is no elevator, but I believe this is typical of the historic buildings in Bari's Old Town rather than something specific to this property. Other than these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay and have nothing else to complain about.

La struttura ha una posizione eccezionale nel cuore di Bari vecchia e quindi molto vicina ai maggiori luoghi di interesse (cattedrale, basilica di San Nicola, Castello) e abbastanza vicina anche al lungomare di Bari . La struttura è vicina a piedi anche a servizi come le fermate per gli autobus per gite organizzate ad esempio per polignano a mare e alberobello. La zona è tranquilla ma piena di locali per mangiare. La struttura era pulita e molto fresca grazie alla presenza del condizionatore

Mi aspettavo un cambio asciugamani che in 4 giorni non c’e mai stato, mancavano mollette per stendere, non funzionava il fono della doccia per cui per fare la doccia senza bagnare i capelli era necessario tenere un dito fermo sul pulsante. La cosa che mi è piaciuta comunque di meno è la difficoltà avuta nel comunicare con l’host . Anche il giorno prima del check out ho mandato dei messaggi per chiedere delle informazioni alle quali ad oggi non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Noi non abbiamo avuto necessità nel nostro soggiorno ma se le avessimo avute credo sarebbe importante aver un host almeno minimamente supportivo delle richieste della clientela che ospita
