instructions were very clear for pick up of keys. The management company seemed very welcoming. Location is fantastic, right next to the old town, 15 min walk to rail station. The air con was a must. Loved Bari.
Perhaps more guides and /or advice about things within the flat. Location of bus stop for airport bus for example. The apartment is short of basic things like bowls and the facilities are basic, would be hard to cook anything properly but it was not a major problem. The apartment felt a little basic and unloved.

Location was great. More information could be given regarding parking in the area.
The bed was very hard. Two skimpy pillows were provided. Additional pillows were in the closet but no cases were available.

The noise from the street level are loud and go on pretty late in the evening.
