Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Recht gute Ausstattung der Küchenzeile.

Lärm von der Straße ist auch bei geschlossener Balkontür noch ziemlich laut. Dusche etwas klein mit geringem Wasserdruck.

Simona, the person who helped with check-in, was wonderful. She was very helpful throughout and answered questions on WhatsApp right away. The apartment is easy to find: at the “yellow buildings” intersection at the beginning of the pedestrian zone of the old city, just turn left and it’s a couple of doors down on the left. A VERY easy check-in procedure. The apartment was sufficiently stocked with the basic tools for cooking, and things worked as expected. It’s in an EXCELLENT location for exploring the old town and reaching lungomare. The walk to the train station for side trips or a trip back to the airport is an easy 15-minute straight line from the apartment. The only problem for was that the internet kept dropping out. It happened on each one of the 4 days I stayed there for several hours in the afternoon into the early evening. It did come back, but on my final night I had to go back out to a local place in order to get some work done online. Turns out that the local provider has issues at times. Not always, but sometimes. This happened to be my time. :-/ They gave me a 15% discount on my booking due to the inconvenience. Have to respect an agency that tries to make things right, for sure. Apart from that internet issue, it’s a VERY nice small apartment in a seriously good location - with someone at the other end of a WhatsApp message always willing to promptly answer questions and to help resolve any issues that arise.

The only issue was the internet issue I mentioned.

The location was perfect.

The bathroom - the shower area was a fenced-off corner of the bathroom, too narrow, so you could hardly avoid touching the walls, which were not cleaned well, the sewage was clogged. The room - air conditioning could not worm-up the room area well. The kitchen facilities were dirty as left by the previous tenants.
