Very poor to no communication, very noisy apartment, stove and heating not working, horrible stay!

Partial view of the Eiffel Tower, which was nice with the Xmas lights at night.

First, the communication with the host was HORRIBLE. The host (not even sure he is the owner) NEVER replied to email. After significant delays (and too late to confirm our request for early check-in because we were already there) he replied to our phone calls and voicemails to tell us it was not possible. No warning that the stove did not work. After complaining and only then the host told us that unfortunately the stove did not work and we 'could use the oven or the microwave". Try preparing eggs for breakfast with that! Most importantly, we were extremely cold in the place. We kept looking for heating settings, and after many requests the host eventually admitted that the heating did not work and we could only use the small electric heaters in the rooms. So we had to choose: heating the living space/kitchen, or our rooms. My wife still has a sore throat from the cold she caught at the place, even though she rarely gets sick, and while our vacation is continuing in Switzerland. The intercom did not work, and appeared to have not been working for some time. So when we had visiting friends or relatives, the only option was to go downstairs to open the door to the building. Similarly, the peephole was cracked. That was not a major issue because the building is quite secure, but it reflects again the terrible upkeep (honestly not a surprise). To add insult to injury, after we checked out early and at the airport, the host had the AUDACITY to call me and leave me 3 nasty texts, accusing us of having stolen 2 towels and a duvet cover. REALLY??? The kids were shaken and my wife and I were outraged! Not only was it odd that the host was (finally) eager to communicate with us, but as soon as I confronted the false accusation he checked and retracted it by text, blaming the cleaning crew for miscommunication. The overall stay was our worst stay in Paris. At this expensive price range there are many options, and unfortunately we picked a bad one. BEWARE!!!

Great location, well connected, spacious apartment

Great location in the vibrant Boulogne-Billancourt. Close proximity, to just about everything; metro (Porte St. Cloud or slightly further, Marcel Sembat), peripherique highway Porte St. Cloud, great dining options, bakeries, groceries and I think there is a small collection of Japanese restaurants with great ramen. The neighbourhood looks like it’s decent and safe. No homeless people or junkies. Property is clean, 3 bedrooms with tv’s, 2 bathrooms, balconies all around the appartement, although there were scaffolding around the balconies due to renovations, but host informed us during booking so this was correctly handled.

The beds could use an upgrade. They are very low, basically like having a mattress on the floor (although not the case), but for the not so young, not very easy to get up from, also not the most comfortable of beds, but this might be personal. Apartment is located on the main access street to Billancourt, so if you want to sleep with open windows and expect silence, this will not be the case. Windows closed is no problem, great sound insulation.

Paris Getaway

Apartment was clean and well laid out. 3 bedrooms was a plus. The door that separated the main living area from the bedrooms was a plus. Elevator service was good but it was quite small. The apartment was on the top floor and had a slight view of the Eiffel Tower.

Toaster didn't work, minor issue. The stand up shower backed up and I had to clean the drain myself, major issue. Construction on the exterior blocked our views and access to the terrace. Workers outside the apartment all day making noise. I know this was beyond the owner's control, but it didn't allow us to fully enjoy the apartment or our stay. This should have been disclosed better while booking. 2nd bathroom fixtures were split between 2 rooms which wasn't evident, so when using the toilet you had to go to the other room to wash your hands.

The best Appartment in Paris!

The apartment is near PSG stadium, 5 min by foot, place in a good area of Paris and 2 min by METRO station. It is exact as in pictures, very clean and nothing is missed. I really high recommend, if I will come to Paris again and I really hope, for sure I will stay again here:). Congrats to the owner for the profesional services that have been provided!10 from 10!
