About this house rental
Our house is made to accommodate a family who wants peace and rest. The house offers WIFI and fiber optics. Located in a quiet and wooded street, our house is composed of 3 floors and a basement.
The Ground Floor offers an American kitchen of 27m2 which opens onto the terrace of about 20 m2 surrounded by bamboo. In this kitchen you can dine
6/8 around the bar.
And otherwise a kitchen table allows you to dine at 8/10.
In the extension of this kitchen is the living room of 27m2 with a large screen plasma TV, to relax comfortably lying on the sofas with a 5.1 sound-systems.
The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms (14 and 11m2) and a bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub. As well as a separate WC.
The 2nd floor also offers 2 bedrooms (12 and 11m2) and a bathroom with
a shower and a toilet.
The 40m2 basement offers a teleworking area, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer and Toilet. And also a toilet.
You will also have at your disposal in each room something to store your belongings.
