Check-in é realizado na portaria eletrônica por meio do cadastro em aplicativo/site de reconhecimento facial. Rápido e prático. O apartamento é reformado e muito confortável.
É um apartamento em um condomínio residencial, então tenha em mente que não há comodidades de flat / hotéis como cafeteria, recepção, poltronas etc. Os horários de check-in (a partir de 15:00) irredutíveis sem pagar taxa mesmo em baixa estação - tive que pagar R$ 75,00 para entrar meio-dia - e o check-out até 11:00 acho complicadores.
