Atendimento humanizado, lugar tranquilo - especialmente os quartos com janela para a ponte - boa limpeza.
A localização pode ser um empasse para alguns, mas nada que paciência pra explicar direito não resolva.

Localização excelente, próximo de tudo.
A proprietária nos recebeu muito bem, porém à noite quando voltamos um rapaz que não nos foi apresentado saiu do quarto dele e começou a fazer ilações sobre pagamento extra de hóspede de um amigo que havia ido buscar os pertences dele. Além da grosseria e falta de educação, reclamou de barulho sendo que passamos o dia inteiro fora. Além disso, o isolamento acústico é muito ruim, impossível ter uma noite de sono em paz e descansar. Por fim, desligaram a água no andar de cima para não usarmos.
