Gostei de tudo! A localização é excelente, bem no centrinho, próxima de supermercado, farmácia, restaurante. Como fica no fim do calçadão, não tive nenhuma dificuldade com transporte. Já a vista, sem palavras!
Senti falta de panos de prato e o exaustor não estava funcionando.

Boa cama, ambiente bonito e aconchegante. O quarto com vista para o mar é excelente. Muito bem localizado. Excelente custo benefício.
Achei q não estava muito bem limpo, quando choveu escorreu agua no banheiro e no quarto. Ouve-se qualquer barulho de quartos ao lado ou em cima ou embaixo. Televisão, arrastar de móveis, ouve-se tudo. Final de semana fecha tudo no centro. Não se iludam. Sábado 13h até segunda 7h vc vive em um deserto, nem farmácia aberta. Muito menos garagem 24h.

Da localização.
O banheiro tinha grande infiltração sob o espelho e ao redor do box. Tive problema com a descarga que enroscou e ficou escorrendo água por 3 horas até ser solucionado, embora eu tenha entrado em contato imediatamente. Além disso, achei as amenidades de banheiro insuficientes para 2 pessoas por 1 semana.
