It was great location but otherwise barely adequate.

The location

Total of lack of basic amenities like a hand towel for each guest or adequate coffee service. Had to request bedding for second bed and make it up ourselves. No towel hooks or bars. Indifferent staff. Walls were paper thin and heard all others coming and going.

Modern and comfortable apartments in a beautiful location.

Location, comfortable bed, nice decor, well equipped kitchen, 24 hour reception.

In our apartment the heating didn’t work. The manager offered us an upgrade while they bought heaters. In the bathroom they should add hooks for the bath towels, as there is only one.

Great location and nice apartments let down by lack of consideration of what people need when staying there

Great location, very quiet and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and there is a large park nearby

For the first two nights it was very cold. We requested a heater and got one after the second night - we stayed in two different apartments and this comment applies to the first one. On the roof the floor was dirty and there was an unmarked small drop between two identical looking floors. I stumbled down it twice. Also there was no soap (nor even a soap dispenser) in the toilet.

FABULOUS BRAND NEW AND TASTEFULLY APPOINTED APARTMENT.

Fantastically finished property in a fabulous location. Crisp cotton sheets with supremely comfortable mattress and pillows makes for great sleeping. Light switches and bedside lamps intelligently positioned and all but silent AC. A great apartment with everything and more that you need for a boutique experience stay in Condesa.

A beautiful and spacious studio!

The property is located on the heart of Condesa. The surrounding neighbourhood is really nice and green. The studio was spacious, had all the facilities and the bed was comfortable.

Great comfortable place with a superb location!

Everything! First of all the staff was great, kind and respectful, we arrived at 3:00 am! and there were staff on shift that received us. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old, the space was comfortable, clean, and equipped with basic necessities, as so was the kitchen. The shower had hot water. We stayed for almost 7 days and whenever I needed extra trash bags or towels they provided it them., even did laundry the last day. The location is great! walking distance to Parque Mexico and Parque España, little cafes, great restaurants and cool spots! we loved everything!

Superb stay on the best location

Location, location, location. The location of the stay made it so easy to move around, you feel comfortable, secure, have great cafeterias and restaurants just steps away. And the apartment is beautifully decorated, beds are amazing and you have everything you need.

In the Heart of Hipodromo Condesa, Nice apartments

Gym was good and spacious. Bedding and heating were good. Bathroom was fine. Location is great

The entrance to the property requires you to enter your access code in a hidden Keypad behind some plants. It was raining all week and that could be bothersome. Because is outside n the open with no roof. Then another door can be closed, same in the rain and code had to be entered. Security guards will make a lot of noise during the night and you can hear them as if they were in your living room. I had to complain with manageent about it. Also, sewer smells were strong on 1st floor room.

Ease of check-in. Unbeatable location in Condesa. Calm at night to sleep and rest. Spacious.

The air conditioning did not work in the bedroom - fortunately, the fan function was enough during our stay. Also, there is a lack of power plugs, which are only available on one wall, and so it makes connecting computers and other equipment, a bit difficult.

Great apartment with lots of positives, and we’d definitely will come back!

We had a really good stay at this apartment. The location is awesome—extremely close to Chilpa (a restaurant we love) and just a 5-minute walk to Walmart, which made everything super convenient. The space was just right for a small family, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was a big plus, fully equipped with utensils in great shape, which made cooking very easy. Internet speed was excellent and reliable.

A couple of things that could make the experience even better: having an extra bathroom would be really convenient, and the AC only being in the main bedroom means the rest of the apartment can get a bit warm. A centralized system would improve comfort.

Amazing, great location, quiet, and cozy.

I enjoyed the smooth and easy check in process. Someone met me at the door and walked me to the lobby. Once checked in, they took me up to my room and showed me how to use the door code, which was very convenient, no key card necessary. There were staff members on site to assist 24/7. They were friendly and attentive and met all my needs. Highly recommend this stay. The property was in a great location, close to a big park, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.

Great location for exploring Mexico City

Location was great. We were one block from the park and lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Very spacious apartment with separate area to work in. Free washer and dryer available to guests.

Home away from Home in La Condesa

The details. Inside the apartment was excellent… the soaps, cleanliness, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a full meal. Layout was good and modern. It was very comfortable, secure and location in Condesa was perfect …close to restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful Parque Mexico.

My particular suite had the front door right on the main foyer so I could hear people come in and out, talking and everything that was going on. A simple solution would be a front door that reached all the way to the ground or was more soundproof. I also didn’t like that security had to let you in and out every time you wanted to leave or come back. It was to the point where I knew the security guard had been on almost a 24 hour shift and so I felt like I didn’t want to leave because I would disturb them. Security were really good though and did an excellent job. I just didn’t feel like I had freedom to come and go which is very important to me. Being able to use my entry code at the front gate would be preferred. The water was out for 24 hours… this is not the building fault and they did good to get someone in on New Years Day to fix it… however I needed to leave the place to use washroom and spent a lot of time trying to find a gym so I could shower.

Apparement très propre, silencieux et parfaitement situé!

Le logement était très bien situé, dans un quartier et un bâtiment très calme et silencieux. Plusieurs restaurants et cafés de qualité se trouvent tout proche, et l'accès au métro ou au Metrobus se fait aisément, en quelques minutes de marche. Tout était très propre dans le logement, et très neuf!

Il est très facile de communiquer avec les gestionnaires du bâtiment (car ils répondent aux messages très très rapidement), par contre, il serait plus simple de pouvoir demander directement à une personne sur place des serviettes ou items supplémentaires.
