C12 Staywizus - 2 BDR Duplex in Mougins - 2 Parking spaces, AC, Balcony & Pool

Modern lägenhet, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Lugnt område, härlig pool.

Good location, close to A8 highway, for excursions to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, etc. And very close to Cannes.

Without the host in place, my request for more pillows and a fair amount of wine glasses were not accommodated, but not a big issue. I hope it will be fixed for future guests.

The place is very well decorated, exactly like the pictures. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and very convenient for visiting Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and St. Tropez. Parking available inside the condominium.

- The facilities listed online are misleading: the apartment has 2 showers but only 1 toilet, which was inconvenient for 4 people. - No iron was available, despite being listed. - Extra pillows were requested but the owner refused to provide any. - Not enough supplies for 4 people staying 8 days — only 4 towels (1 each), 2½ toilet rolls, and a 2 units of washing machine and dishwasher tabs. - Insufficient hot water for 4 showers in the evenings, and the water heater in one of the bedrooms made noise all night. - The apartment is not soundproof; we could hear neighbors and dogs very clearly. - Some maintenance issues, including a missing kitchen cupboard door and it was left in one of the bedrooms. - The apartment was not freshly cleaned — the balcony was dirty, the sofa was very dirty, and a used, damp-smelling floorcloth was left in the wardrobe.
