this is not a hotel, this is a rental, and definitely not a clean one. I don’t know who gave this property the confidence to put 5 stars next to it… in what world is this 5 star quality? It’s dirty, the floors are disgusting and the whole places smells very pungently of mildew. The floors are not clean and full of dirty shoe marks and spiders and worms. The bathroom is horrible, the toilet does not flush properly and is also dirty like everything else in this property. You can imagine the state of a room that never gets cleaned and is constantly being rented out. There is also rarely any reception staff during the hours indicated. Good luck trying to check in and checkout even during the times where the staff are “supposedly” available. The reviews praising this property are most definitely fake or they have incentivized in some way to boost the property rating. If you value cleanliness and hygiene, stay away from here. For the price I paid for this, I could have gone anywhere else and had a much better experience, but I was fooled by the fake reviews. Please take my word if you are considering this accommodation: Go literally anywhere else, sleep on the street if you have to.

The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages. Thank you Franck , you made the trip great!

Overall, this is a genuinely impressive establishment to lodge for a few nights. Its proximity to the highway is a notable convenience, yet surprisingly, no vehicular noise permeates the apartment or the pool area. The apartment provides all the expected amenities, satisfying our requirements flawlessly. However, we encountered an issue with a poorly secured glass door in our shower. Given its instability, it wasn't safe for family use, especially with a child. Luckily, the apartment also included a hot tub and an additional shower, offering a useful alternative. The reception was informed about the faulty shower door, and we earnestly hope they rectify this issue for future guests. Despite the aforementioned problem, the hotel is a highly commendable place to stay. It offers cleanliness, tranquility, private parking, a securely gated area, and a multilingual reception. Given our positive experience, we would certainly consider returning if we were to visit Nice again in the future.

House keeping not included (you have to pay extra for housekeeping) and for some reason you have to tell them you'd like to have breakfast the day before even though it's a buffet and it just sits there. Kind of awkward service but overall would recommend due to location and cleanliness.

Good value, Self catering and enough Free Parking. Had some maintenance issues with room but handled well by staff and management. Wifi was not working properly during my stay and was unfortunately not fixed by the time I left. Will stay again if Wifi and maintenance issues are attended to.

We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Very clean appartment with an extra large sofa bed and a nice kitchen. Central to a lot of surrounding areas especially since we had our own car. Accessible parking. Wonderful lobby and pool area and very good breakfast. The only suggestion we have is better WiFi connectivity in our room. It was very good in the lobby.

Close to the city of Cannes and the Provençal towns. Ideally situated in a quiet area and easy to locate off the highway and city. Rooms are simple. Cleanliness could be improved, dusty on ledges and under the bed. Balcony was nice although a roof would shade and keep the rain off to enjoy. Kitchenette had all supplies. Dish soap would be helpful so you wouldnt have to purchase as a traveller. Asked for towels after 3 days and front desk said there would be a charge. Asked on 4th day and front desk said we usually charge in the summer when the pool is open-but it is winter and shouldnt be a problem and brought fresh towels. (I dont think a guest should have to ask after 4 days! There is no housekeeping until you leave which was also odd for an 8 day stay). Also had to ask for a refresh of toilet paper twice as no one refreshed the room. Breakfast was included, small continental, same fruit for the first 4 days ( 2 apples and a string of grapes not fresh) mini croissants depleted by us, there was one less everyday from what we had consumed the day before. Buffet seemed to be replenished on Friday when more guests were checking in. Cold cuts were stale and started to smell off by end of week.

Way overpriced. Comfortable and cozy is not about this place. Used up room with visible water damage and corresponding stuffy air. Ok for one night stay, not more.Receptionist very welcoming, however one person that has many duties, and as the result customers have to wait.
