A nice house
It was spacious and clean, with parking.

Disappointing and I wouldn’t go back
The linen was very soft. Parking was good. The house was very clean.
Very run down and shabby area - I didn’t feel safe to walk to the shop. There were THREE bolts on the back gate too! Beds and sofa uncomfortable. Gardens - front and back were in a poor state - nothing like the photos - and the garden chairs were fraying. The whole property gave the impression of being uncared for and in desperate need of maintenance - - eg button missing from toilet cistern in main bathroom, vinyl peeling off kitchen cupboards, paint peeling off front door frame, PIR smashed on light next to front door, hangers broken and you could see daylight through the patio door frames - I suspect it would be cold in winter. They forgot to mention the train line in the details too! Not hugely loud but nevertheless disturbing if you’re used to living in a quiet area. Whilst clean, everything about this house has been done ‘ on the cheap’ and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Good value accommodation with lots of space for the whole family
Well located a short walk to central Gloucester with parking for two cars. Spotlessly clean, good facilities for cooking and space for all the family to relax. All the comms with the host were great and super helpful.
The only tiny negative was the the property had been cleaned with a very strong smelling disenfectant, which was really quite overpowering on arrival - we had to open all the windows to get some fresh air in! But I'd rather it smelt clean than not.
