Ramsgate Retreat

Easy walk into Ramsgate centre and to the harbour and beach. Spacious lounge room. View from balcony to the sea. Local map provided. 3 bedrooms but one rather pokey. Kitchen quite well equipped- large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher etc. But a bit more logic in the layout would have been helpful.

When i tried to communicate with the managers using email and phone, there was no response! The hot water is very hot - how about turning it down so you aren't scalded in the tetchy shower? Be aware that there are sloping ceilings in bedrooms (head bang hazard). Floors also very uneven - its an old building but modernised. It is the top floor flat and is up several flights of stairs. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon there wasn't any car spaces on the street nearby but it improved the next day. The TV needs attention. The instructions are inadequate and there is a Firestick but BBC iPlayer did not even load. No emergency contact info in instruction manual.

Lots of character, spacious, great views

Very comfortable and clean. Well cared for.

Lots of stairs before you even get in the property.

De ligging, de ruimte, hoe het ingericht was, de fijne badkamers, de bedden.
