Out host Lynda was a great communicator and made our stay so easy, we had a great weekend with everyone having a nice comfortable place to sleep. Views and location of the property are wonderful. The garden was great for relaxing, and the kitchen had a great set up with everything you needed - including a great coffee machine!

This house was fantastic - so much space for 13 people and so well equipped. It really did have everything we needed. The BBQ, cinema room and piano were great, and it was so kind of Lynda to leave some wine and chocolates for us! Loved being so close to the beach - 3 mins away!! We’re already planning to return next year.

Everything to be honest. The communication from the staff Greeted with chocolates and a bottle of wine Beds very comfortable Great views and excellent location for beach and Ramsgate restaurants etc Plenty of space / rooms Coffee machine

Fantastic location, amazing views, great host, beautiful old house with lots of character. We took a walk into Broadstairs which was lovely and enjoyed a movie night in the cinema room. Perfect for our girls weekend.
We do not have any complaints.
