The location was very good, close to the beach and relatively close to small towns. The pool was really nice to have and was really enjoyed by the kids. The villa was nice, modern and clean. Also the communication with the staff was very efficient and fast.
The kitchen equipment could be better, as some basic things were missing as kitchen towel, oven gloves, salt & pepper. Also a microwave and a dishwasher would be nice to have. The ground around the pool area has sunk in several areas, but it's covered by the artificial grass, so you can't see it, which makes it dangerous. I stepped on one of these hollow spots under the turf and twisted my ankle. Also some maintenance is needed inside the villa at some walls and power outlets.

Nice location in a quiet area near the main road and close to shops and restaurants.
All modern amenities availble, new construction, clean property, additional free of charge cleaning of the property and the pool was made during our stay.
Nice sized pool, and nice yard space.
Bedrooms are relatively small.
Dust is coming from the road in front of the property which is not paved.
Mosquitoes are thriving in the area this time of year.

A villa with great potential — excellent location close to the center and the beaches, three bathrooms with showers, and a spacious dining area both indoors and outdoors.
Communication with the staff via WhatsApp is easy, and they respond fairly quickly.
The kitchen and the rooms are very small and extremely cramped — there’s barely any space to move.
There was no sponge in the kitchen, so we couldn’t wash the dishes, and several dirty dishes were left in the cabinets.
We were given a set of bed sheets with blood stains (!)
