It was an excellent location within the Roman walls. Mikel was very efficient, and, helpful with regard to booking a taxi for an onward journey. It was good to have a freshly cooked breakfast.
The room was smaller than I anticipated from the pictures shown on Booking.com.

In the old city of elbasan and very unique.
The room for a couple Is a little bit small.

close to the (paid, but cheap) parking. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, so that was good. Good breakfast. The english speaking manager was helpful. He did offer a larger room for the 3 of us but we declined. We shouldn't have, it was very small for 3 people & beds & luggage :)
the non-english speaking lady at the premises was not very friendly and it felt like everything needed to be rushed with her. The outside area has very basic & functional chairs and tables. It's seems like a hotel for people in transit, not for rest and relaxation.

The location
The room was pokey and grey no room at all. The wet room was awful so small. The room was depressing noisy with cars and the sheets didn’t fit the the bed.
