Everything! The room was clean, the stuff kind and helpful. The location is perfect, everything is close.

Great location in castle walls. Dinner was excellent and lots of choice of seating areas.
Several staff were very surly and unhelpful. The exception was the waiter at dinner, who was smiling and helpful. Very limited breakfast. We were asked if we wanted omelette or toast. No other choice. No provision for gluten free diet despite having e mailed in advance
