Villa Linz

Zoran’s accommodation is absolutely outstanding — 10/10, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone. Everything is very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more, so you feel at home right from the start. It’s clear that real care is taken for the guests. The host is very kind and attentive, always ready to help. The location is also perfect: right across the street there is a gym and a large supermarket, with cozy restaurants nearby serving delicious food, and Porto Montenegro is within easy walking distance. Everything is extremely convenient, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place you would love to return to and happily recommend to others.

Nothing to mention here — everything was genuinely great, and there were no issues or things to complain about during the stay. Everything matched expectations and even exceeded them, so the experience was fully positive from start to finish.

Zoran was a great host. Met us at the apartment to handover keys and explained everything clearly. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious with air conditioning throughout. Zoran was available at short notice for any queries and made us feel so welcome. Apartment was just by the Marina and Boka shopping centre so ideally located. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting the beautiful city of Tivat and Montenegro

Nothing, the whole stay and holiday was perfect

exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Its location is perfect, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking during your stay. The views from the windows were beautiful, and overall the apartment exceeded all of our expectations. We moved here from a nearby 5-star hotel close to Porto Montenegro, and in hindsight, I wish we had stayed Villa Linz apartment from the beginning. What truly made the experience outstanding was the host. He was incredibly supportive and accommodating when we were unexpectedly affected by the closure of Tivat’s main road to the airport road during the European summit. After we had to change our flight tickets, the host kindly allowed us to extend our stay, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Ich hatte ein kleines exklusives Studio. Das Studio war mit allem ausgestattet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Zur Begrüßung gab es bereits gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank und frisches Obst. Ich werde sehr gerne dorthin zurückkehren.
