The terrace was wonderful.
The location was good with a supermarket just around the corner.
The elevator to the apartment was very convenient.
The wardrobes were coming apart and there was a lot of fluff in the gaps.
Noise from building work.
Sometimes cooking smells from restaurant below.
A large step up from apartment to terrace.
