- very reasonable price compared to all other rentals I looked at. definitely the cheapest - Triana neighbourhood with convenient access to the main tourist spots (approx 20 minute walk). Triana market was a short stroll away as was the Main Street & riverside in Triana with shops/restaurants - 3 bedrooms - lovely view of the cathedral - bathroom toiletries provided - nice welcome

- shortly after arrival our pushchair was stolen from the main lobby. we left it there whilst we took bags up & put baby to sleep, 45 mins max it was unattended. perhaps our fault for leaving it but we’ve travelled a lot & left it in all manner of places (beaches, reception areas, apartment blocks) & never had an issue before. it was returned after we put a poster up asking for it to be handed back. we’re none the wiser about what happened to it, just glad it had been returned but it makes me question who resides in the building - no air con in the second and third bedrooms, only the lounge & the main bedroom. Fans are provided for bedrooms 2 & 3 which might not be sufficient for some guests as the city is very hot - only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people over a 4 night stay - pull out bed not overly comfortable & no mattress protectors on the bed(s) in this room. The mattress was quite stained so a protector would be helpful - as per previous reviews, elevator is very small. Will fit a folded pushchair & one person max. we had to carry our pram up 4 flights of stairs because he was asleep in it & we couldn’t get it in the elevator. we’re fit & healthy so not a major issue but just so people are mindful - it’s not clear on booking.com that there’s a charge for a late check in (after 9pm). €20 & then it goes up the later you go. this needs to be made slightly more clear on the listing - the balcony door was broken on arrival & not closing properly. this was resolved after messaging the host who came out to fix it
