Overall, the apartment is very nice and looks just like the photos. It is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The balconies are great, especially the large one upstairs. The beds were comfortable enough, and the apartment is very bright and sunny. The shower pressure and temperature were excellent. We did not use the air conditioning, kitchen, or washing machine. The location in Triana is excellent: it is a quiet area with nice bars and restaurants nearby, close to the river, and within walking distance of the Cathedral area. Check-in was completely hassle-free, with the lockbox code sent the day before, so everything went smoothly. For friends traveling together, such as for a festival, concert, or weekend night out, it is a great option. Other types of travelers should keep in mind the cons mentioned below.

The only bathroom with a shower is upstairs, so keep in mind that it can only be reached via the spiral staircase shown in the photos, and you also have to walk through the open-plan room upstairs to access it. The shower did not drain properly, and there is no door or shower screen to close it off, as shown in the photos. There wasn’t even a bath mat, and since the bathroom floor slopes slightly downward, a lot of water ended up flowing into the upstairs bedroom on the first day. After that, we had to use a winter blanket to block the water. There are also no towel hooks or hangers. Although there is a kitchen, it was not properly equipped for washing dishes or glasses — there was no soap or sponge. Cleanliness was poor. The bathroom had black hairs on the floor and walls, and the kitchen sink had water marks all over the place. The floor near the wall had a lot of chipped paint, dust was present on all furniture, and the sofas and chairs looked like they had never been vacuumed.
