The location was absolutely perfect for us. We were exploring Angra by foot and this spot was great for all the places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. There are great restaurants very close by. I would recommend Bainema for breakfast, Bela Bar for great beer and Mercatto do Osteria for dinner.
Units 4&5 are up two flights of stairs. It was no problem for us but if you have mobility issues you might want to consider the units on the first floor

Erittäin siisti, erinomainen sijainti ja huoneistossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen.
Portaat olivat hieman hankalat matkalaukkujen kanssa.

Location wonderful: In the heart of Agra do Heroismo and next to the beach
The fry smell coming from the restaurant down in the street. Be aware there is no elevator

Great location, right in the centre of Angra. The property has all the amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, air con, broom. The studio has a great kitchenette that was particularly useful as I have dietary requirements. Being able to prepare my breakfast and snack was a plus. It is also very clean!
I liked everything but if I could add something it would be a couple of bins for recycling
