The location is very good, you walk right into the UNESCO town. The apartment felt big for two persons. Good to know, they are renting multiple apartments, all have different balconies and bathrooms. We got number 4 which had a small balcony without hammock, but the bathroom was much nicer than shown in the photos (open shower instead of the triangular shower).
It was a bit damp and the couch was a bit run down. Parking on the street is free here, but it was very busy during the end of May. Many other parts in Angra you do have to pay for parking.

The location is great with just a short walk into the center of town. There was a large well equipped balcony to enjoy when the sun is shinning.
The upstairs area is located in the roof space, you need to mind your head when not in the central area. The showers are a tight fit. There is a shortage of soft seating in the downstairs living area for the number of people.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Had a clothes washer and the owner let us use the dryer after we got soaked hiking in the rain. Easy parking in the area.
The flat and textiles smelled of mould. The mattress was thin and too soft.
