Quiet family home with pool & garden

Enjoy a quiet stay in our country house in Grasse, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Private swimming pool, terrace, petanque court, trampoline and optional sauna await you in the heart of nature. Only 10 minutes from the historic center of Grasse, 25 minutes from the beaches and Cannes, and 35 minutes from Nice airport. Fully privatized house for travelers. At the end of a small discreet path, our 100 m² country house welcomes you in a peaceful and green environment, in the heart of a 1800 m² wooded plot designed to take full advantage of the calm and the outdoors.

You can relax around the large secure private swimming pool with alarm, enjoy the sunbathing, share an aperitif in the garden furniture on the terrace. Under the lime tree, a shaded table offers an ideal setting for summer lunches and long evenings with family or friends.
You can also enjoy a private petanque court, ideal for sharing convivial moments and enjoying the long summer evenings in a typical Provençal atmosphere. Children will also appreciate the large trampoline installed in the garden.

Inside, the house has a warm living area with living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with bath and toilet.

The sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a single bed.

For more privacy, a fourth independent bedroom with double bed is located in an outbuilding at the bottom of the garden. It does not have sanitary facilities, but allows everyone to enjoy their space in peace.

To complete your relaxing stay, a private sauna with en-suite shower is available upon reservation on arrival, at an additional cost.
