Its prime location makes it an excellent base for exploring the entire east coast of Sardinia, from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni. The nearest airport to Porto Istana is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, approximately 15 kilometres away.

The apartment includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with the option to add a third bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It also offers an outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a private parking space. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as a TV, washing machine, and air conditioning for added comfort.

Porto Istana is a picturesque coastal area in the north-eastern part of Sardinia, close to the city of Olbia. The beach is only 950 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. For those who prefer to drive, the apartment offers free parking just 200 metres from the Prima Spiaggia di Porto Istana. All essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and cash dispensers can be found in the nearby Murta Maria, just 1,500 metres away. The apartment's strategic location makes it an excellent base for exploring the east coast of Sardinia, from the Costa Smeralda in the north to San Teodoro and Budoni in the south.
In terms of transport, Porto Istana is easily accessible from Olbia, which is only 20 minutes away by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, located about 15 kilometres from Porto Istana, offers both domestic and international flights, ensuring easy access to the area. For those arriving by train, Olbia railway station offers excellent connections to other parts of Sardinia, including Cagliari and Sassari. Visitors can take a bus or hire a car to continue their journey to Porto Istana. The area is also well served by local buses, providing easy access to nearby towns and beaches, perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings.
