The house is perfectly located only 200m from the beach. It also has a dedicated car parking space in the gated car park area. The veranda offers some beautiful views over the Tavolara Island and a nice shade from the sun.
The interior of the house was a bit old and the kitchen did not have good lighting. The bathroom layout was not very practical.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nur 20 Minuten südlich vom Flughafen in Olbia entfernt und mit nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg zu einem kleinen und vergleichsweise nicht überlaufenen Strand.
Es gibt zudem einen eigenen Carport Parkplatz in der Nähe (hinter einem Tor gesichert).
Die Aussicht aus den Panorama Fenstern ist besonders morgens sehr schön. Die Terrasse ist groß und gemütlich, ausgestattet mit einer Grillecke mit Kugelgrill.
Das Haus ist für 4 Erwachsene ungeeignet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein halbes Zimmer mit einem Etagenbett. Es ist eher für 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern zu empfehlen.
Die Küchenausstattung ist zudem recht unausgewogen. Während es ausreichend Teller und Tassen gibt, ist wenig Essbesteck vorhanden.
Schade auch, dass bei Ankunft kein einziger Schwamm, Lappen oder Tuch für die Spüle vorhanden war. Es gab nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Natürlich lassen sich diese Dinge nachkaufen, aber so gar nichts bei der Ankunft vorzufinden, kannte ich bislang nur von Camping Bungalows und empfinde ich für den Mietpreis als unangemessen. Immerhin gibt es zum Empfang ein Mini Päckchen mit Geschirrspültabs.
Der von Interhome gebotene Mietpreis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist exorbitant hoch.
Die Richtlinien bezüglich Müllentsorgung sind unklar. Angedroht wird eine Kreditkartengebühr bei inkorrekter Entsorgung oder Mülltrennung. Ich musste mehrmals nachhaken bis klar wurde, dass der Müll nicht in den Mülltonnen am Haus, sondern in einer Box mit Mülltonnen im vorderen Parkplatzbereich zu entsorgen ist. Die Müllanlage ist mit einer Schlüsselbox versehen. Den richtigen Code dazu habe ich erst bei dritter Nachfrage erhalten.
Das verursacht unnötigen Stress, den man im Urlaub nicht braucht. Wenn man das alles im Vorfeld weiß, ist es alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, allein schon wegen der Nähe zum flachen Strand.

The living room, the lobby and the garden of apartment was really beautiful. And the location of the apartment is the best.
The bedroom was very small and dark. The washing machine was not good. It was very boring in the night without wifi. And charging 40 euros for bedsheets and towels is not reasonable as we already pay a lot for the accomodation.
