Welcome to Highbury, your elegant retreat in the heart of Adelaide’s most exclusive inner suburbs. Nestled between prestigious neighborhoods, our Victorian Villa offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury.
Just a short stroll from charming cafes, vibrant restaurants, and cozy pubs with Adelaide Oval and city shopping just 2km away
Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or an exciting urban adventure, we know you’ll love your stay at Highbury.
1890 Heritage Cottage renovated for pure comfort. Two bedrooms are located at the front of the house, each furnished with queen beds adorned with Sheridan sheets and equipped with built-in wardrobes plus radiator heating. The master bedroom situated at the back features a king bed fitted with Sheridan sheets, a TV, and a split system air conditioning and heating unit.
The house offers one bathroom with a shower featuring heated flooring. A full kitchen is available, complete with a gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there's a dining table and split system air conditioning and heating for your comfort.
For coffee enthusiasts, a Nespresso machine and milk frother are provided.
Relax in the lounge area, which features a leather couch, a gas wood fire, and a full-wall projector screen.
Step outside to enjoy the beautiful courtyard equipped with seating for relaxation.
Wifi access is also available for your entertainment needs.
The house is exclusively yours. Easy street access, no steps, entrance with sensor lights.
There is a Permit Park just out the front this is for residents only, but there is plenty of on street parking as there is only 1 Permit Park on the whole street. Just happens to be in front of ours.
Please note there is a security camera installed outside the entrance

Highbury Little Adelaide was the perfect base for our 10 day visit. Cas and David regularly communicated before, during and after our stay and made us feel very welcome. The property was spotless and had comfy beds and manchester. Kitchen facilities were great and the projector television was a real treat. Located in a quiet heritage area but close to public transport and walking distance to North Adelaide and Prospect. Highly recommended.

David and Cas offers this quaint 3 bedrooms cottage with all bells and whistles, that no hotel can offer. There was a X-mas tree, toys, books and child friendly plates for my granddaughter as well as a gift of baby ginger-bread cookies. I was surprised with all the inclusions like butter, salt'n'pepper, sauce, honey, washing powder and 2 litres of milk etc. This was my husband and I first time in Stayz and it will not be our last, as my daughter is a regular user.

As soon as we stepped into this adorable little house, we couldn't help but chat about how wonderfully it's decorated and arranged. It felt just like being at home, they've really considered everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
