Fraser was easy to contact on arrival and he stayed online until we had entered the apartment to make sure we had no issues. He then took us through the features of the apartment and was helpful with all my questions. The apartment was very well stocked with milk, tea, coffee and cleaning items. The bath towels were quite luxurious and very welcome.
The front door had a normal lock and a deadlock and it would have been good to have a key to the deadlock as well to make it more secure. Alternatively, a door chain could be a second option.

I am truly impressed by the quality of the property. The rooms are very neat and fully equipped with everything needed.
The bedroom on the kitchen side is a bit humid, but given the window and well ventilated room, it is not a problem.

The beds were a little hard. Needed a lamp in the lounge room.
