Ease of access. close to the city. One third price of Marriott hotel - for 3 people..
'Fraser'was friendly and courteous during directions and entry issues, but needs an identity when answering phone - eg.- " ,Fraser, Apartment Manager" or equivalent. Vague phone identity is unprofessional, and disconcerting to callers.

The property was very clean, well maintained and in a good location which is close to China Town and cafe & restaurant in walking distance. The host was very friendly and has a clear communication prior to checking in as well as checking out.
The Garage was under the ground which was safe but the garage door didn’t work twice during our stay, so we had to find another way out by asking other people.
