This spacious beach home accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with ample sleeping area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and direct walk out access to the Lanai. The master bathroom offers a double sink, private toilet area, separate tub, and a walk in shower equipped with two shower heads - shut the door and enjoy a peaceful night sleep or connect to your streaming services on the smart tv before dozing off.
The two guest bedrooms in the back of the home offer queen beds and come equipped with smart tv's and closet space. The bedroom to the left has direct walk out access to the lanai. These rooms can be shut off from the living room with a sliding pocket door and have a full bathroom with walk in shower right in the middle of them. Each bedroom does have its own door to close for privacy.
The bunkbed room towards the front of the home includes a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, it also comes equipped with a pull out twin trundle bed, smart tv, and has a half bathroom right outside the door.

2.5 bathrooms total. The master bathroom includes a soaking tub, double sink, and walk in shower. Shared bathrooms are off the living room to the left and right.

This home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating as I had three houses rented and occasionally texted the wrong host but they were all very accommodating. If I would build a new house I’d like it to be and look just like this one.

Host was great. The kitchen was great. Very well equipped. The master bedroom suite was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great (3 very important criteria for me!). The house in general was very clean. The living room was well laid out and comfortable. The pool was clear and the water temperature was perfect. The overall location was great. We could (and did) walk to to two local restaurants. The beach was less than 2 miles away (but parking is a limited). We drove to Barefoot Beach which is very nice and has more parking. Lots of grocery store and convenience store options!A state park (Lovers Key) is close by and has a beach and nature walks. Wi FI was inconsistent. It was blazing fast but it went out too often. The host had Xfinity come, but they said it was a problem upstream. To the credit of the host, he arranged for a hot spot that helped considerably.

We loved our stay! House and team were just what we were hoping for for our multi-gen New Years Eve. We loved the heated pool and fire pit and putting green. House is very short drive from beaches and kayaking. Good local recommendations from the host and great communication follow-up. We’d happily stay again!
