This magnificent 19th-century holiday home has been fully restored with taste and comfort while preserving original elements, and accommodates 14 people for your family or friend gatherings.
In this exceptional setting, you can stroll along the centuries-old plane and chestnut tree-lined paths, discover at your own pace the elegant bridges over the park's canals, the castle ruins, the romantic rose garden, the orangery, the canals and moats, the riding pavilion (the "Dome"), and Bacchus' grotto.
The residence where you'll stay, called the Pavillon du Plessis or Petit Château, spans 700 m² and offers 15 rooms / 7 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find:
- A grand, majestic hall with a staircase leading to the first-floor bedrooms
- A large dining room that can seat 15 people, with a pantry connected to the basement kitchen by a dumbwaiter, fully equipped for your breakfasts (kettle, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)
- A spacious lounge with a French billiard table and piano
- A library
- A double bedroom with two double beds and wardrobes
- A toilet
On the first floor:
- 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, two of which have private terraces
- A TV room with a terrace, equipped with a Free Box, sofa bed, and a "tea corner" (Nespresso coffee machine, Moulinex toaster, electric oven, refrigerator, induction hobs, dishwasher)
In the basement:
- Fully equipped kitchen: worktop, cooking hobs and hood, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
The second floor is not accessible to tenants.
The seminar room on the ground floor is only open for professional bookings.
Due to the unique nature of the premises, particularly the presence of unsecured canals and moats and the lack of lighting in the park after nightfall, tenants must be vigilant and not approach the edges of the canals. Swimming is strictly forbidden.
Access to the public part of the castle park is available during opening hours (daily from 10 AM to 6 PM).
Access to the private area is strictly forbidden to the public. Only the pavilion is accessible with this booking.
The area directly surrounding the Pavillon du Plessis and the large meadow are entirely at your disposal.
An inventory will be taken upon your arrival and departure. Proof of your holiday insurance will also be required to receive the keys to the estate.
Each bedroom is equipped with bed linen and towels (2 large towels, 2 small towels per room). Beds are made up for your arrival.
Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM, check-out is no later than 10 AM (late check-out available upon request at your arrival).
Pets are not allowed.
