About this villa rental
A spacious, quiet home located 500 meters from the center of the village of Bréhémont, within the Loire Valley region designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ideal for stays with family or friends, La Closerie du Pâtis features inviting spaces for gatherings of up to 15 people and 5 cozy bedrooms with new bedding. An enclosed garden with a terrace offers a sweeping view of the pool and the stunning, inspiring countryside.
Accommodations:
A charming 250-square-meter house featuring a large 45-square-meter living room, a 40-square-meter dining room, a living room with a fireplace and bar, 1 fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large terrace, 1 family suite (40 m²) upstairs with a shower room and a nearby restroom, 1 suite with a private bathroom on the first floor and a nearby restroom, and 3 other very cozy bedrooms spread across a landing with a separate bathroom and restroom. A crib and a high chair are available. All beds are made up for your arrival.
The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a terrace for dining with up to 15 people, complete with a plancha grill; a private 8-meter-by-4-meter pool secured by a roller shutter, open from May through September with optional heating; patio furniture and lounge chairs; and two gardens. The courtyard can accommodate 4 cars.
The house is a 5-minute bike ride from a bakery and grocery store, 1 tea room, 2 restaurants and bars, and 1 bike rental shop. The town of Langeais, 5 km away, has all the amenities you need, including a supermarket.
Bréhémont is located at the intersection of the Loire Cycle Route and the Bardeaux de l’Indre trail. The house is close to numerous châteaux, including Rigny-Ussé, the “Sleeping Beauty Castle,” Villandry and its listed gardens, Azay-le-Rideau and its park, and Langeais with its drawbridge... Other activities are available: kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and tours of the many wineries and wine regions. The cities of Tours and Saumur are a 30-minute drive away.

This is a wonderful property for a family group - generously furnished, thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable. Brehemont is a peaceful neighbourhood with a store where you can buy fresh bread and croissants in the mornings, and the nearest town, Langeais is a short drive or bike ride away. We would thoroughly recommend.
