On the first-floor of a modern residence on the edge of Chiasso, this studio apartment is a convenient base for a business trip or holiday on the Swiss/Italian border. Just 15 minutes from the centre of Como, the apartment has very good transport connections.

The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with an electric heating plate, oven and small fridge-freezer.

The beautiful city of Lugano is 20 minutes away and Mendrisio, known as Il Magnifico Borgo (The Magnificent Town) is just 10 minutes. Both offer history, culture and delicious food in abundance and are certainly worth a visit.
The closest international airport is in Italy - Milan Malpensa is 40 minutes away by car.
