Escape to your private oasis at this stunning Hidden Hills modern home, which is perfect for any budget and proudly presented by Elte Vacation Rentals. Situated on a corner lot with epic mountain views and direct access to the popular Sunrise Trail, this luxury retreat features three king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and TVs. For added flexibility, each room can be converted into two XL twin beds.
Enjoy the ultimate game room, a putting green, two firepits, a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, and pizza oven. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked chef's kitchen with dining space for twelve, a spacious living room with seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a private courtyard. The primary suite boasts a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and custom closet. Additional features include a private office, super-fast wifi, indoor laundry, alarm system, and a two-car garage, all within a secure gated community. Conveniently located near Mayo Clinic on Shea. No pets allowed.
The gas-heated pool is optional at $65 per day plus tax. Hot tub heat is included year-round.
Sunrise Trail is just steps away. This 4.9-mile route offers moderate challenge and scenic views, ideal from October through April.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No external sound systems. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
A non-refundable damage protection plan is included, covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage. This does not include intentional damage or gross negligence.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of deposit, and liability for damages. A/C must not be set below 70 degrees. Stays over 30 nights include an electricity cap as outlined in your agreement.
We provide 24/7 guest support and concierge service. Exterior security cameras are active; the interior camera will be disabled during your stay.

Home is as pictured. 3 on-suites with extremely comfortable beds. Kitchen is large, modern, and outfitted with top-end appliances. Plenty of room in the living spaces with very comfortable furniture. Outdoor amenities are also very nice. Newer pool, hot tub, grill, and pizza oven. Putting green is an added bonus. Location is between Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. On the quiet side which is what we were looking for. Close to some great restaurants (Casa Mia/Sophia's/Thompson 105). 15/20 minute drive to Kierland. Very easy check-in and check-out with great communication.
You will be hard-pressed to find a better place.

Staying at 14559 E Charter Oak Dr was one of our favorite extended vacation spots and we, without a doubt, would absolutely recommend staying there to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious and peaceful getaway. The home and grounds are absolutely stunning and are in impeccable shape, and the home is quite spacious with a layout that was fantastic for our needs. We were able to go on a hike, just a 2 minute walk outside of the gated community where the property was located and had several fantastic walks in the area. Each afternoon, we loved coming back for some relaxing pool and hot tub time. We very much enjoyed practicing putting at the home's private putting green too. Oh, and there was fantastic golf, shopping and restaurants just a short car ride away. We will definitely be going back to this property.
