About this cottage rental
Welcome to our year-round beach cottage, a haven for couples and families eager to embrace the beach life. Nestled in a picturesque beach community and just steps from the shore, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a perfect getaway.
The main house features two inviting bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for your family. The living room is warm and welcoming, equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment and a record player for those who love a touch of nostalgia.
For extra space, our seasonal bunkie offers an additional bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for extra guests or a quiet retreat.
Enjoy outdoor dining and gather around the firepit in the evenings, creating memories under the stars. The sunsets on Georgian Bay are truly breathtaking and can be savored from our cozy outdoor spaces.
In the winter, cozy up by the beautiful fireplace in the main house, making this cottage an ideal destination year-round.
Located just 1.5 hours from Toronto, our cottage is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, explore the scenic surroundings, or simply unwind in a cozy and inviting space, our beach cottage promises an unforgettable experience.

Upon checkout:
- please ensure all doors and windows are closed/locked
- please make sure all baseboard heaters are set to 15C and fireplace thermostat is set to 65.
Our cottage is a non-smoking environment. We ask that if you smoke cigarettes to do so only outside and dispose of any butts in the provided container on the front deck. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the property or any adjacent properties.
Small, well behaved dogs are allowed at the cottage but must remain on a leash outdoors as we do not have a fenced in yard. We also charge an additional $100 per week for deep cleans after pets as we have bad allergies to dogs. We ask that you please bring your own clean blanket to place on any furniture the dog will hang out on.
Absolutely no cats are allowed due to severe allergies.
No parties - please keep the noise to a minimum after dark. Adherence to the noise bylaw is required or guests risk facing a hefty fine. Tiny Township has a zero-tolerance policy on this.
Fire Pit:
Please adhere to the Township rules on having a fire - these are located on the bulletin board in the kitchen. A fire permit is also located here for proof of compliance. Please ensure you abide by any and all current and daily fire conditions in place - if unsure, please ask.
Garbage, compost and recycling bins are provided and located in the backyard by the bunkie. Please sort your garbage according to the guide posted on the kitchen bulletin board. Garbage collection is Monday morning. Guests staying until/through Monday will be required to place the garbage, compost and recycling bins to the road by 7am sharp on Monday morning or Sunday night. Please place the bins 2 meters apart from one another.

We booked this cottage for a quick girls weekend away. It was all we imagined and needed. It was close to the beach so we were able to watch the amazing sunset just a min from the cottage. It was also very clean with all the fixings of home. Would rent again 100%
