About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy and comfortable cottage located less than 10 minutes walk away from Wahnekewaning Beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Georgian Bay. The cottage is a large 2000+ sqft space with 5 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, large open concept kitchen, and a game area with a Ping Pong table. Outdoors you will find a wooden deck with barbeque, dining set and lounge set, as well as fire pit with surrounding chairs for perfect nighttime bonfire. The outside lot can fit up to 6 cars.
Our cottage is a relaxing place with contemporary designed furniture. Each bedroom is equipped with your essentials: clean and cozy bedding, closet, towels, nightstands, and lamps.
In our kitchen, you will find all the pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and the guests. Enjoy your morning coffee with a complimentary coffee. We provide basic cooking essentials, such as cooking oil, basic condiments and spices. Use the dishwasher to clean up the dirty dishes and spend your valuable time enjoying the outdoors and relaxing!
Cozy up in the living room with your friends and family and spend time playing board games, watching Netflix, sharing stories and enjoying each other’s company.
The lower level has a ping pong table and a couch for you to play or watch the game.
Outdoors you will be able to make BBQ and dine in the patio table, lounge and enjoy the sunshine, and spend evenings surrounding the bonfire. We have plenty of outdoor games and activities for you to enjoy, including badminton and volleyball. You will also find kayaks and lifeguards, sand toys, beach mats and umbrellas for fun on the beach.
Our cottage has high speed internet, so not to worry if you need to work from home or stay connected.
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Less than 10 min walk away is the beautiful Wahnekewaning Beach. The beach is accessible to the public (though not crowded) and has miles of white sand, clear water and shallow edges making it perfect for swimming, sunbathing and hanging out with family and friends.

All the necessities were covered, we have a great experience. There was plenty of space. Everything was clean. Only suggestion is to have the garbage bins empty in the garage empty, because it was full when we arrived, but quick communication with the owner and problem solve. We’ll use it again. Thanks

As the hosts are new to VRBO rentals, there are a few items that are needed to make a stay just right! However, we had most of what we needed. Lots of pots and pans for preparing meals. The space is perfect with lots of room for young adults who loved the lower level. Response time by host was often over 5-10 hrs, which was problematic when we had excessive snow and needed to dig out with only a scoop and nothing small enough to clear off deck at entry. Needed to purchase ice melt for steps. I am hopeful the hosts will make sure everything I suggested is put into place for future guests. Especially the cleaning up after previous guests. Kids loved the ping pong table.

We had a great well deserved friend getaway away from the city. The cottage is beautiful and clean and having only a 10 minute walk to the white sand crystal blue water private beach was great. The hosts were awesome answered all my questions right away. Will definitely rent again. Really guys thank so much we didn’t want to leave.
