About this house rental
Eight minutes on foot and you're on a quiet, sandy beach that guests can't believe stays this uncrowded. 🌅 A proper Georgian Bay cottage week: big backyard, firepit at night, central AC for the hot afternoons. Many guests come back year after year, and we're rated 9.6/10 by our VRBO guests.
5 min walk to Bay access, 8 min to the beach, 15 min to Wasaga Beach, 45 min to Blue Mountain.
The space: Raised bungalow on two levels. Three bedrooms on the main floor: one king, one queen, and a bunk room for the kids (double on the bottom, twin on top). Sleeps 6, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen, central AC, 460 Mbps wifi, and a 50-inch TV with Chromecast and Roku.
Guest access: The sandy beach is an 8-minute walk and Bay access is 5 minutes on foot. Parking on site for up to 5 cars. Street parking isn't permitted in the neighbourhood, so please keep all vehicles in the driveway.
House rules: No parties, no smoking or vaping, no pets, quiet hours 10pm to 8am, registered guests only. Every registered adult signs the Tiny Township code of conduct, sent electronically after booking.
Good to know: Bookings between April 15 and October 15 are no less than 6 consecutive days; between October 16 and April 14, no more than 1 rental in a six-day period. Privacy-focused smart devices for security and convenience (smart lock, Nest Protect, Chromecast, Minut noise monitor; exterior cameras and a video doorbell pointing away from the building, none indoors). Prices include all fees.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house and beach were very kid freindly .Olso a big thankyou to Eric for the beach pails and shovels for the Grandkids to use

This was our first stay here and we liked it very much. The location is great with just a 5 minute walk to a lovely wide, sandy beach on Georgian Bay. The cottage is comfortable and well stocked. The backyard is lovely and totally private. We set up a badminton net and enjoyed a couple of evenings around the fire pit. The living room has comfy furniture and a nice big screen tv. Edmore Beach is just a short walk away and it’s lovely, sandy and wide.
Thank you to our hosts for providing a coffee grinder at the last minute.
Only one suggestion, it would have been nice to have a reading light in our bedroom.
We’d love to come back next summer.

We had a great experience at this cottage. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Just a short walk down to a great beach .Eric was a very helpful and accommodating host
