This house was great for us! The kids loved the games; ping pong, basketball, and the pool table. The adult enjoyed the spacious living areas. The big kitchen was a plus for cooking together. We had a nice stay!

The home was exactly what we needed for our retreat. The home was stocked with paper towels and tp, coffee filters, soaps, etc. and the owner was very responsive to questions and needs. The home has tons of room, so everyone had their own bedroom space and there are lots of comfortable sitting areas. The hot tub has a lovely view of the yard out back and was lovely to lounge in even in the rain since the hot tub has a covering. Would highly recommend!

This house has a lot going for it. Plenty of space and seating, and those spaces are spread out. In our case, that allowed kids to watch a movie downstairs while the adults played a game upstairs. Plenty of TVs and games. Good location.We gave this property three stars, but this house could easily get five stars from us with some improvements. We knocked off one star for:-Cleaning crew needs to catch more details. Dust more. Vacuum the entire floor, including the corners of rooms, etc. Many lightbulbs burned out in master suite bathroom.-The deck doesn’t feel safe for many people to stand on at once, and it appears to be rotting when you look at it from the bottom.-The backyard is riddled with gopher holes. We understand that maybe this isn't fixable. We do live with nature around us, of course.-Kitchen needs many more cooking materials, such as a larger pot for boiling pasta.We knocked off another star for what is hopefully a very short term issue (and is mentioned in other recent reviews): The kitchen refrigerator is broken. In a house this large with 12 people, having two working refrigerators is very helpful. Only having one is frustrating, and having it in the garage is unbearable when cooking a dinner for a large group. The host says that they are waiting on a backordered part to fix the kitchen fridge. We think that if the host is going to charge full price to renters, they need to buy a new fridge immediately, and they should have done so before our stay.
