Lovely home but bring earplugs as it is very noisy at night and early morning. The location is superb with so many bars and restaurants to visit. There is no welcome pack so finding out how everything works takes longer but the facilities are amazing in the house. Dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee maker etc. there are some small coffee sachets but you need to bring washing up products as none provided and only one dishwasher tablet so bring what you need.
The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and the small balcony with table and chairs off the second bedroom give a nice sea view behind the boatyard
The top twin room is accessed by a split staircase which is steep. Not suitable for those with mobility issues . Also I would suggest bringing a small extension lead so you can see the mirror when you plug in the provided hairdryer.
Lovely home. Well worth a visit. We were thrilled with our stay
Parking can be found at the station. Special rates for weekend stays and free parking if you have a blue badge and register with them Flat path walk from there to the house. Takes about 15-20 minutes (for old people😂)

Amazing little cottage in the middle of Old Leigh. It is definitely tiny but has everything that's needed. Very well equipped and decorated. We loved it!

The cottage was perfect for a short break with our grown up family. Its location allowed easy access to all the attractions of the locality with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for eating out. The nightlife is lively so bring earplugs if light sleepers. We found the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. All in all no complaints.

Cottage and location, spot on. I had a big problem with the neighbour smoking cannabis on and off all day. This stopped us using the garden.
