Location right in the old town is amazing. Access information sent in a timely and efficient way. House beautifully furnished and clean. Comfortable for 4 people. Views from the upstairs balcony were very impressive. Beds comfortable. Paid parking nearby was easy to access when we arrived just after 4 and was £10.36 a day. Loads of places close by to eat and drink and very dog friendly. A minor issue was rectified within hours of it being reported.
We use self catering a lot and unlike most places we’ve stayed there were no basics like tea, milk, sugar. No instructions for the coffee maker which we couldn’t figure out No dishwasher tablets, no cloth to wash up with. The stairs to the loft area are insufficiently described. There is a photo of them but no context saying they are the only access to the loft room. They are precarious. The back door has gaps around it. The back gate has gaps in it at the bottom and top.

Great location and quite spacious. Fantastic bathroom and nice dining area. Very comfortable bed.
The sofa was quite uncomfortable and the bedroom furniture was broken.
