The spacious, wrap-around sunroom provides the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a fruity beverage. The condo provides a stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleep sofa, and a garage. One dog is permitted with a pet fee.
LOCATION: Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach are less than a 6-mile drive away. This home is located in the heart of the area, making it a perfect vacation rental! Take advantage of the outlet shopping, Delaware Seashore State Park activities, bike trails, and much more!
PARKING: Off-street parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, fireplace, garage, and Wi-Fi.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. One dog is permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Rentals must be seven nights or longer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was nice enough. Make sure you read the whole listing. Linens and paper products are not supplied. They also required communication and a security deposit outside of the vrbo app, even though the listing says they won't.
