Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Clean, comfortable, small but 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made up for the small living space. Yard space, driveway needs a good cleanup. We tripped on rocks and broken asphalt. Photos are deceiving. The house is close to the road - a constant highly trafficked road - trucks, construction vehicles and speeding cars. Not a good location for little kids. However, it's a good getaway for the price and if you don't plan to hang around inside a lot. Convenient to everything. Very clean. Good insulation as the noise dropped considerably when the windows were closed. Note to owners.....it's near to impossible to open the kitchen drawers and cabinets without knobs or handles!

Everything was fine, except there were no trash bins ourside and no where to put the garbage. There was garbage already piled up in the backyard and we didn't know what to do with it so we had to leave it. Also, the wifi is not secure and there were no batteries in the remote for the tv in the living room area. I gave the location a 4 because it's on a main road and that is not advertised.

Nicely renovated home in convenient location complete with comfortable beds! It was a great getaway spot for my family. We could easily access downtown Rehoboth and Lewes from here. Would return.
