About this house rental
The perfect getaway for people who want to unwind from the grind of everyday life. Little Robin Lake is located right in the backyard! Swim, kayak or canoe directly from the private beach and dock. Hiking, dining and all the culture that the Berkshires has to offer are nearby. Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Lee Premium Outlets and many unique restaurants are in close proximity. Sherwood Shoppe is a friendly country store in our neighborhood.
This is a private, cozy, year-round lake house. Dine in the screened in porch or on the brick patio with full lake view, is a delight! Soak up the sunshine during the daytime, and then enjoy the night sky for stargazing. This home has an open concept living room/kitchen area with 2 sliding glass doors leading to the porch. Each room has a TV and there is fiber optic WiFi throughout the house, reaching the outside areas.
There is a comfortable finished room in the lower level, with a work space and a walkout to the lower deck and lake.
Outdoor and indoor games are available, such as cornhole, Kan Jam, monopoly, checkers, and chess. The home is located on a freshwater lake with a floating dock. A canoe and kayak are available for your use with paddles and life vests. A dip in the lake, right from the backyard or dock, is incredibly refreshing. We have plenty of noodles to float with and chairs to sit on!

You will have access to the entire house, except for the garage and partial basement, which we use for storage.

This was a lovely house on a beautiful little lake. We enjoyed the thoughtful extras of the fresh baked croissants and fresh fruit upon arrival, the luggage racks in the rooms, fully stocked kitchen, monopoly, and the jewerly tray bedside. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was the perfect getaway to visit Jacob’s pillow for the weekend.

An absolutely lovely stay. The property is cozy, charming, impeccably clean and well-maintained, and full of lovely small touches from the hosts (some of our party were more thrilled with the fresh croissants and snacks and nectarines left for us; I was more into the pool noodles and kickboards for enjoying the lake right out the back door). The large screened-in porch makes it possible to enjoy the lovely property regardless of the odd mosquito or fly. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including many condiments, which is nice because I hate having to pack condiments. The setting is gorgeous and peaceful, but there is a little community store, five minutes' walk down the quiet road, for whatever you might have forgotten, or if you want to get breakfast. Even the lake temperature was just right for this visit! Easy drive to all the cultural, outdoor, and culinary activities of the area.
