This lovely PENTHOUSE condo with 1,356 square feet of spacious living has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with large showers. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a desk and chair for your business needs, a television, ample storage space in drawers and closets, and a large balcony with seating and beautiful sunset views. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, as well as a television, a desk and chair, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook at home, as well as a large granite dining bar with stools and a dining table set. A second balcony off the living room is the perfect spot to sip your wine while you watch the sun set over the beach. The condo is also equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, board games, and your own washer and dryer. Please note that this specific unit is not suitable for babies or toddlers under six years old.
This fifth floor penthouse is accessible by two convenient elevators, or stairs if you prefer a bit of exercise after dining on Aruba’s fine foods. You will also have a private exterior staircase to your own incredible 1,300+ square foot private rooftop terrace. Here you will find a BRAND NEW hot tub (installed September, 2025), lounge chairs, pergola over seating area, propane bbq grill, and dining table set. Your spectacular views of the sun setting over Eagle Beach each evening are breathtaking.

This was the most perfect place to stay in Aruba! Right in the heart of Eagle Beach! We were able to walk to everything. The condo was fully stocked with everything! Beach towels, chairs, kitchen supplies, everything you needed! Check in was super easy and the host was easily accessible! The most beautiful rooftop were we had a happy hour experience every night! I cant say enough great things!

Beautiful place in a great location. Check in and check out were very easy. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beach and pools were very nice and the hot tub on the upstairs deck was great. My family and I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here the first week of April for our 30th Anniversary. It was our 3rd trip to Aruba and 2nd stay at the Oceania… and it never disappoints.The owner Margie was wonderful to work with, as was the Prestige Manager that was super informative and helpful, especially when she dropped everything to come help us with the Hot Tub one day. And the Security staff are always top notch!The Unit itself was super clean and exactly as described and what you see in the photos. The location of the unit was great after a long day of snorkeling and walking (or drank too many Green Iguana’s on the sunset catamaran)… so to be able to park in your specific parking spot, walk a short distance to the elevator and once on your floor, it’s the first unit, was extremely beneficial.The views from both balconies and the rooftop terrace are even better in person. Postcard perfect!The Oceania is located perfectly on the best beach on Aruba - Eagle. It’s just outside Palm and Oranjestad for a more quiet experience, and yet a short trip when you feel like venturing out.By the second day, it felt like “home sweet home away from home” to us. We highly recommend staying here and we’ll be back!Charlie & Alisha
