Overall, I found it to be clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The layout was excellent for our group, and the terrace area was a wonderful place to relax and gather. The Prestige Property team was very responsive. They came promptly when notified and worked to provide agreeable solutions. Their communication and effort were genuinely appreciated
There were a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. The grill and the lighting in the water bar on the terrace were not functioning properly, and we were informed that parts were on order, so they could not be repaired while we were there. While that was disappointing, we appreciated the transparency. Two of the king mattresses were softer than our preference and lacked support for some members of our group, though comfort can certainly be subjective.
