PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Panoramic ocean views, a spacious, elegant, and luxuriously appointed penthouse, a pristine white-sand beach with turquoise waters and palms swaying in the sea breeze just steps away, all come together to create the unforgettable vacation experience you deserve at the Panoramic View Four-bedroom Penthouse. This 3-level vacation rental offers you a spacious private rooftop with the best views of Eagle Beach plus a large private Hot Tub, outdoor seating and dining area, sunny lounge area, an outdoor kitchen with a sink, a large BBQ grill, kitchen pantry area, and views of the island too. Imagine you and your loved ones soaking up the sunshine during the day, in the evening enjoying stunning sunsets, and at night, relaxing during some stargazing on the private rooftop. The stunning ocean views continue on the balcony and in the living area on the main level of this accommodation. The large living room is provided with sofa sets, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent 7-seat dining area plus 3-bar stools. In the entrance hallway, there is a full bathroom, the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.
The spacious primary bedroom boasts a large glass window to indulge the ocean views from every corner. It has a king-size bed, a TV, an en-suite primary bathroom that boasts a jetted bathtub, a built-in closet, and a separate room with a vanity, toilet, and shower. Both the second and third bedrooms have two twin beds that is converted into a king bed, and each has a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 3,200 sq. ft. of living space and about 1,600 sq. ft. of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 5 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This penthouse is located in the Arashi building on the fourth floor. Sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 beds.

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful location. The condo, the facility, and Eagle Beach were all we hoped for. The pools were a hit with our grandchildren and never crowded. The few hiccups with the condo were quickly resolved. I particularly appreciated Aischal’s efforts to make our stay special. Would return in a minute.

We took a family vacation with siblings and sig others....no kids. The place was great and the Prestige folk were even better. You can not beat the location of the condo and the view from the private rood top floor.
Top perks...
Prestige was easy to work with....not always the case.
Prestige was "on the spot' with propane delivery when we ran out (we grilled a lot), excursion, reservations, car rental, and other help.
The condo was well appointed and very clean.
Worst issues...
There are NOT 3 king beds and 1 queen in the condo (as advertised)!
There are 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 makeshift beds wherein two standard beds (each) are slashed together and numerous foam-like material layers are placed in order to approximate a king size bed. It was like sleeping on a think sponge (you sank into it) with a gap/hole across in the middle of it. THIS IS NOT A KING SIZE BED!
With the exception of the above, the unit and the service by Prestige was great.
The bed issue may prevent our return to this unit.
Thus the 4/5 rating....folks slept on the couches rather than the beds as the trip went on.
