Everything was so clean and the kitchen was beautiful. The view from the porch is amazing and they have so many comfy places to sit, we loved the hammock! Such a wonderful place to gather with friends and the check-in process was so easy.

We LOVED the home, and it's surroundings. The owners should ask Evolve to redo their pictures because these pics do NOT do the home or views justice. It's more airy and spacious, the view is freakin spectacular, and the decor is way more fun and classy. They reorganized the living room from the pictures and it's 1000% better focused on the view not the silly TV.The lake view is unobstructed and the mountains are exquisite. We watched storms roll down the valley from the sparkling clean hot tub, and greeted the stars from the massive deck by the firepit. You can hardly see a single other home, so the privacy is top notch. The decor is fun and cute and you can spend hours noticing cool little details. Especially for a pet friendly home, they've put expense and care into making the home feel warm, yet opulent. The beds are comfortable and they don't use cheap bedding and pillows like so many rentals! This was huge, I didn't feel like they did the bare minimum, but rather invested in creating an entire experience for their guests. The guest book shows it's working!The kitchen is super well stocked, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking and eating feasts at the forgot dining table. We also appreciated the water filter pitcher, another little detail that made this home special.We will 100000% be back. I'm not sure we've ever enjoyed a rental home more!

The best part of the whole property is the location. the view was fantastic.
There were nails coming up on the deck which were a hazard.
there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling.
The floors felt sticky.
The grills grease pan was full and overflowing.
the master bed mattress was not comfortable. You rolled to the middle.
