THE HOUSE:
-On a hilltop overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake
-4 bedrooms
-4 bathrooms
-2 car garage
-Fully stocked kitchen with large island, warming station, and cappuccino maker
-2 separate living rooms with smart TV`s and plenty of seating
-Private movie theatre with smart tv capabilities with 6 lounge seats
-Primary Balcony equipped with a grill, Blackstone griddle and plenty of seating for your entire group
-BBQ with Lake and Mountain Views
-Room 1: Upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, Balcony access, Lake and Mountain views, its own private bathroom with dual sinks, large walk in shower, toilet with a bidet and jacuzzi. Large walk-in closet with in unit laundry.
-Room 2: The second upstairs bedroom has a twin day bed with a pull out twin trundle and balcony access.
-Room 3: Downstairs bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunk beds with a beautiful mural.
-Room 4: Downstairs master bedroom with a queen sized bed, smart TV and sliding glass doors that open lake side.
BEDROOMS: All linen, pillows and blankets are provided for your stay.
-Bathroom 1: Master bathroom attached to the master bedroom, with dual sinks, a spacious walk in shower, a toilet with a bidet and a jacuzzi bath tub with mountain views.
-Bathroom 2: Main level shared bathroom, full sized with a large walk in shower and bidet.
-Bathroom 3: Basement level shared bathroom, full sized with a bath tub.
-Bathroom 4: Basement level shared bathroom, full sized with large walk in shower and bidet
BATHROOMS: We will supply 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom in the cabin and 1 bath towel per registered guest. If any guests will need more then 1 bath towel for their stay, please make a request with your host.
-Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a warming station and wine cooler, cappuccino maker and everything needed for hosting unforgettable group dinners.
KITCHEN: We will supply 1 full roll of paper towels for each reservation. We are happy to stock the fridge with food and drinks if requested by the guest for an additional charge.
-Balcony: The main level balcony is accessible via multiple rooms in the cabin, the balcony is equipped with a grill and Blackstone griddle for breakfast and dinner with a view. We have a table for gathering outdoors with plenty of seating as-well as lounge chairs so you can enjoy your peaceful getaway to Grand Lake.
-Game Room: Guests will have access to everything the game room has to offer. In the game room you will find a 2 in 1 poker table that doubles the fun by adding bumper pool to the arsenal of games you will be able to enjoy with your friends and family!
-Movie Theatre: The cabins private theatre is the perfect location in the cabin to spend quality time with your friends and family. Guests will have access to all DVD`s located inside of the theatre but you might want to bring your own DVD`s if you have something specific you would enjoy watching. The theatre does have smart TV capabilities as-well.
-2 car garage: Guests will have access to both sides of the garage, giving plenty of space to bring multiple vehicles, boats, atvs, snowmobiles or toy haulers. There will be enough space for you to bring all of your toys with you to the Mountains!

Boat Garage Conversion (In Progress):
The boat garage is being transformed into an additional flexible-use space. The layout is narrow but long and will feature a dedicated sleeping area with two full-size beds, a full bathroom, a closet, and a play / TV room equipped with a daybed and a large smart TV—perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests looking for their own hangout space.
Game & Entertainment Enhancements:
A foosball table will be added once construction is complete. Placement is currently being finalized and will be located either in the new media/play space or in the main living area near the pullout couch, ensuring even more entertainment options for your group.

We recently ended our second visit to Grand Lake's best vacation home, and we were once again thrilled and so impressed with our accommodations. This home is perfect for a large family or if you are traveling with a large group of friends (as we have the past 2 years). There's endless space, a perfectly stocked kitchen, plentiful bedroom options, private baths, and then there's the spectacular view! From sunrise to sunset, it didn't disappoint. Christine and her team at 3 Lakes Property Management are fantastic in every way: reservations, early check-in, overall responsiveness, and care and concern for the property. If we find ourselves heading to Grand Lake again next summer, we know where we'll be staying. Thanks for an outstanding week!

Just returned home from an outstanding week at Grand Lake Villa. This spacious and comfortable home is as close to perfect as you can get, boasting beautiful finishes and accessories, a very spacious floor-plan, lovely grounds, and spectacular lake and mountain views! Our party of 8 adults had the best time and are looking forward to returning next year. This gorgeous home offers plenty of room for all of your activities: cards/games in the game room, pure relaxation on the deck and lower-level patio, cooking in the fabulous kitchen, and evening chats by the double-sided fireplace. The location is ideal with easy access to hiking trails and the highway into Grand Lake. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The general response from our friends upon arrival was, "Are you kidding me? Wow!" and our only disappointment was having to leave after 7 days.
